大容量离心机主要由3个核心部位组成，如：离合器、转鼓、制动装置等。

1、离合器：对于直径较小的离心机，离合器一般装在电动机下面。拆卸时先松掉闷盖和轴端挡圈，用拉马将离合器从电动机轴端拉出，再迫出驱动轴，即可分别对离合块和轴承进行清洗或换件。卸掉轴承座与底盘间的连接螺钉，即可将主轴承部件连同从动皮带轮一起从底盘上方吊出，用拉马出皮带轮后，拆除上、下轴承盖，便可将主轴连同轴承从轴承座中吊出，对轴承座内腔和轴承进行清洗或更换。直径在1米以上的离心机，离心离合器一般装在主轴下端，采取上述同样的方式可与主轴承部件一起从底盘上方吊出，拆除离合器闷盖和轴端挡圈，用拉马将离合器整体人主轴上拉出，然后用套筒将起步轮迫出，即可分别对离心块和轴承进行清洗或更换。

　　2、转鼓：拆除外壳、主轴防护罩、主轴螺母及垫圈等，利用转鼓底上端面两个拆卸螺孔，将自制拆卸工具的底板以二螺钉压紧在转鼓底端面上，逐步旋紧顶出螺杆，将转鼓底从主轴中顶出。若由于锥孔锈蚀造成配合较紧时，可在底面用木方均匀敲击，配合螺杆将转鼓卸出。

　　3、制动装置：拆除转鼓后即可看到制动环，松开制动手柄套上的连接螺钉拆下制动手柄，拔除扁头轴和制动销，便可卸下制动环，除去已磨损的刹车带，用铝铆钉铆上新刹车带即可。

　　上述讲解的大容量离心机的三点组成部件的拆除修理方法，如果没有经过专业的大容量离心机厂家技术人员的培训，请不要随时拆卸设备，以防出现设备损坏的情况。

　　大容量离心机的使用寿命长短，和日常的使用规范都有一定的关系，尤其是下面四种情况要特别注意：

　　一、离心头在高速运转时请不要随意打开上盖。

　　二 、仪器外壳应妥善接地，以免整机受潮影响而发生意外。

　　三、当选择认可产生错误时会自动报警。提醒你重新选择认可。

　　四、严禁各种液体或其他杂物进入离心工作室内。否则回损坏主机。
